Great gesture from Alex to send Izzy a whistle and cards after he met her with Anna a few weeks ago! Inspiring the next group of referees!Huge thanks to Alex Shepherd from Edinburgh & District Referees Association who was referee when Izzy met Anna Viktoria a few weeks ago, and has kindly gifted Izzy a whistle and two cards, as well as a kind message. Grandad, Robin Breach will no doubt be proud to see Izzy with refereeing accompaniments as a former man in black himself. Hopefully they'll be the only red and yellow cards she'll be seeing in a while!! Thanks again Alex and good luck with your refereeing career. As we quickly approach the last few games of the season we have another member stepping down off the senior list. The Management Committee, Calum, Martin and Mark would like to thank Simon Maclean for his contribution to refereeing throughout his time on the Senior List of Referees. Simon performed and upheld the values of the association with distinction. We would like to wish Simon every success wherever his refereeing career may take him next. Simon’s final game was today Whitburn v Stoneyburn in the East of Scotland.
