Edinburgh referee Luke Pierce, who was only diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder last September is part of a special exhibition telling the stories of himself and others who have been diagnosed with the condition and the effect it has on their lives. The filmed participants range from as young as 17 to the age of 60, as show various ranges of emotion in the videos. Other participants in the exhibition inspired different artworks based on a word and in binary format.Luke took part as he wanted to show that it could affect absolutely anyone. Even those who could be considered fit and healthy. The exhibition is at the Inspace Centre, University of Edinburgh, until the 26th June 2022, which is fully accessible, and where you can meet the artist Andrew Brooks. FND Stories will open on 22nd until 26th June (it is currently open as a window display) at Inspace Gallery. One of our members Luke Pierce is part of the gallery as he wanted to share his story and awareness of the condition. If you have time we encourage you to visit the gallery and support Luke.FND Stories - a new chapter in an ongoing project working with #functionalneurologicaldisorder. The work is based on 6 interviews from those diagnosed with #FND from around the UK and with over 90 contributions from around the globe. The aim of the work is to highlight and tell some of the stories of living with FND through ink on paper, video and words.The first part of the show is currently on display at @InspaceGallery city screen (window display) until 26th June with OPENING EVENT 22nd June and broader internal exhibition from 23rd-26th June. In partnership @Specsavers, @ScotAmputeeFA captain Brian Murray sat down with @RachelCorsie14 ahead of a big weekend of games for both.

Brian will lead his team out at the International Amputee Football Tournament tomorrow, while Rachel's #SWNT team face Ukraine this evening.
